Why do people ghost you on social media but still like your posts?

The reasoning will vary depending on this persons role in your life. I ghost people that I’ve never met in person and will still like their posts because regardless of what they post, they still don’t hold enough importance in my life/ I’m not curious enough to make them a part of my life

@Light_beam Again, this is why I mentioned the different levels of where you appear in someone’s life. Just because you are a person that appeared in my inbox one day and I answered because maybe I had free time, I felt social that day, doesn’t mean that person now all the sudden has gained full space in my life.

Ghosting or not, usually they realized what they’re missing out on with their mistakes, what they could’ve had, gathering the courage to eventually say something but keeping it subtle, looking my best and they want a piece of that but can’t have it Lol. I don’t mind them being my social media fan followers while I continue to live my best life 😌 so you can do the same 🤭 you do you girly.

Yeah, people change just like seasons. They still like your posts no? They are keeping an eye on you. But they are ghosting you so that you beg them for their attention and that's where their ego comes into play.
Their care about you depends on a simple condition, only when you turn yourself down in their shoes and their ego wins!
