Anger is not a bad thing in itself if it’s productively used. But it’s actually very dangerous when it’s internalized or taken out on the wrong person.

We have a little joke when she gets frustrated where I tell her to stamp her foot to emphasize it and it just makes a little "thump". It takes a lot for me to get truly angry & having been military when I do, it's not a "cute" anger it's a tempered about to explode anger in I can simply intimidate people by staring at them. As a friend once put it, it's like lighting a pack of TNT & waiting.
