Like I went into this experience with it being my first with everything I had and ultimately it failed and it has been devastating. Like prior to this I had low self esteem but I somewhat still cared about my appearance and how people viewed me but now I’m so numb I could walk outside with no grooming.

Don't give up on dating forever man, you're still young. Breakups are rough but you'll bounce back. Here are a few things that may help:
- Focus on yourself for now. Hit the gym, get your confidence back, pursue your goals & interests. An idle mind makes you dwell.
- Talk it out with the guys. Venting helps process feelings instead of bottling them up. Just don't rant non-stop.
- It's ok to feel numb for a bit, but don't neglect yourself. Basic self-care like grooming helps you mentally too.
- Give it time - months not weeks. Hearts fully heal, you just can't see the progress day-to-day. Stay busy so you're not always looking back.
- Learn relationship lessons for next time - what you want, red flags to avoid. This might not have been "the one" for a reason.
- Don't label it as your fault or a failure. Firsts are learning experiences. You'll be better equipped for your next partner now.
You got this man. One day you'll be ready to put yourself out there again even stronger than before. Baby steps, keep your head high - you'll get through this!
Dating makes you know more about yourself. It teach you how to make balance with other person around you. It makes you more civilized to adjust into society. So we should date.
If few dates failed or all of dates failed before doesn't mean we should stop trying stop dating but we should look into it learn and should try again. You will find yourself into better person each time. And even if at last after trying all if you have so bad luck that you couldn't get right partner for yourself still what you would become the person it's very much worthy of being going through all this.
