Guys, He wants me to visit him at his job?

Is that a good or bad thing? Sometimes he says you should come see me at his job. He does not really make plans outside of work, but i work first shift. He works second at least 6 days a week and he picked up a 3rd job part time third shift. Not sure how I feel about this I'm happy to see him and its not like we can be intimate at his job.
