It's too common in dating apps and texts for women to ignore a text.

Is the best solution to no longer talk to these women, or how should men respond when a woman ignores a text?

Don't reward this behavior with more texts. reward it by stop talking to her altogether. if you weren't being creepy or aggressive and she's ignoring you then the onus is on her to respond or not. if she doesn't write it off as her loss and move on.
