If celibacy applies even post-marriage, I don't really see the point. Why not just be friends? That question is just illustrating the way my mind works. It's not a question for which other people might lack answers, but I would not see what would elevate this relationship beyond friendship without the sexual and romantic components (and for me, the sexual and romantic are intertwined).

I've been kept strictly celibate throughout all my relationships with women for many years. They're always encouraged to date other guys whenever they want, however.
