It varies by age for me. I normally go for 0-3 years up and down. When I was 22, i made an exception for someone who was 31. Never again lmao. When I was 28, I made an exception for someone who was 21. Never again lol. So yea now that I’m 29, I prefer anywhere between 24-32. My current boyfriend is only a year younger. Until I have a kid, I do prefer men in their mid to late 20s. If for any reason I end up a single mother, then I’d go for single fathers in their 30s.
It used to be 3 but not that I’m 24, I say 5 years is decent 😁
No one in there 30’s yet because I feel like there’d still be a power balance even though being okay with 29 teeters with my morality
I don't like to set up arbitrary roadblocks for myself. But let's just say I don't look for any age gap larger than 9 years. Because what would we have in common. Statistics state that age gaps larger than 9 years, the long term success rate falls way off.
I have no concrete limit. Mutual physical attraction while also matching my maturity of spirit is what I'd go for. That tends to be around a 5 year gap but again thats not etched into stone or anything..

Early 20s. It's about how compatible you are.
5 years difference maximum for me.
10 years difference at best for any other man.
All these man that would date a women younger than them with more than 10 years difference are creeps. If there's 20 years difference she could be your daughter. So you're creeps and maybe pedos too. You wouldn't date someone that could be your daughter if you're not a pedo.
Probably gonna get lots of hate for this from creeps and pedos.
Same goes for women. 10 years at max for dating or relationships
I'm not sure. Maybe 15 to 20 years, but I don't really care all that much about age. Other things are far more important.
Wow, I'm surprised 11 guys prefer a 20 + year age gap. Wonder if they meant younger or older haha
@MmelanieM I personally like a difference of 6 years max between us. Be it older or younger than me.
95% of time, high age gap relationship don't work. If he's older than her, he might not be the same in bed or she might look for someone do her needs whether it's in bed or anything else. If she's older than him I can assure you he will look for someone younger sooner or later. There are some really rare cases of true love which make the relationship work even with this high age gap, but they're very rare.
The highest age gap between couples should be at best 10 years whether it's the man who's older or the woman.
Ideally no more than 5 years but I was willing to go as far as 10 for someone really amazing. I have since married a man 1 year older than myself.
For me there should be a maximum age difference of five years. So the man must be at most five years older than me. This is a criterion for me, I consider candidates whose age does not match as eliminated.: D
Difficult question to answer. There is a mental and physical age gap. I've seen women in their thirties and forties behaving like an immature teenager and I have seen very mature women in their twenties. It's nice to be with a mature intelligent woman at any physical age.
1-2 at the most. I need to be with someone that grew up in the same time as me or else I can't really relate to them
I relate well to any age but I just have a thing for those close in age. Like back in high school, i would only go for guys in my grade and possibly one grade above/under. In college, it got confusing because some people were so old but in the same year as me lol. So then i started to up it a bit,
@DizzyDesii for me it's the older people I can't relate to. a lot of movie references and stuff they say I don't understand. it's almost like speaking two different languages if I'm talking to someone that's 3+ years older 😂
Oh wow. I love my movies and will watch anything thats in color so i can relate to those born around the color tv days at least 😂 I struggle to relate to the people born in the 2000s cause they be using slang that i dont understand. I prefer 90s kids haha
a decade but he'd have to like be where im at in life in wanting kids and shit
bc i don't want any anytime soon
Age gap is largely meaningless.
I have friends who are the same age as their partners not get on.
seems men are OK with larger gaps than women on GAG
Because women think abiut comittment men think about experiences.
So we as women have to constantly on guard because we don't know of we are merely an experience or a partner prospect.
@OtterMan68 Seems like guys will date anything with a pulse lol.
Ten years on either side of my age, if i were dating now. Back when i was dating, it was No one under the age of 20, and no one more than 10 years older than me.
mine is around 15 years rn but usually 5 years older for me
For me 4-6 years. But at a stretch 7-9 years.
For the type of relationship I’m looking for 7-9 years tops. Starts getting weird when you’re from different generations. A lot harder to connect.
At the moment I'd say 45 is the oldest, and 20 is the youngest.
1-3 years because as of right now me and my boyfriend are only 1 year apart
25 years was my max, but that was really pushing it.
I currently have two that are 16 years younger.
Right now for relationship I’ll go 20 - 30. For sex…maybe 19 - 36?
