Both of course are deal breakers because neither one says anything about that person.

He could have a criminal record, he could be a junkie, he could be totally toxic, he could have a miserable character, he could have no personality and little intellect.

As long as I don't know that person inside out, both are equally deal breakers. However, the one that thinks he is better than the other because of his altitude above ground makes him even less preferable in a relationship because I see him as being superficial, just as superficial as the ones that rely on their 6 pack, physique and looks to target women.
