Why one would complain over something that they themself do it as well?

He always reply me late or sometimes just ignore my text totally. I always tell him that i dislike when he did that, but oh well no changes. So now i do the same to him, but when i did that to him, he would start to question why and bla3. My answer is always easy "i just do what u did to me"

I understand how you feel, as I share similar experiences. But doing to those people exactly the same doesn't work. Why? Because they are different people. They feel and experience your behavior differently.

so I split such situations into two categories. One is I can live with that and don't take any action, as the gain is much smaller than the required effort. The second groups situations I know I have to address, or I'm addressing currently. In my case, it means returning to the topic and looking for solutions acceptable for us both... it takes some time :D

First off… don’t lower yourself to his level. Try to raise him. If he isn’t willing to improve… move on. Simple as that. Don’t waist your time with someone who doesn’t appreciate you and doesn’t treat you with the respect you deserve.
Now… why does he complain? Because he wants you sitting there and waiting for him, to be there whenever he calls… in other words… he is a controlling asshole.
Dump him and get a better boyfriend.
