Oh hell yes. I do it all the time. I truly don't care if they are stupid, assholes, or both. Men or women. I will call them out every time. Wanna walk off in a temper tantrum and be done with me? Thank you!!!

I will tell someone when they are being annoying. It's disrespectful to treat an adult like a child that can't handle honesty.
