Is it a bad thing to date a man who rejected my friend?

From the days, when we went to bars 1 year ago, we met this guy who came with a new girl everyday,

he was very handsome and very spoiled, real asshole if you ask me,

That day when I first met him, I was with a hella hot German guy and my friend was alone so he approached her and they got to contact each other.

He asked my friend out, but ghosted her after a first date.

The next time we met each other, I went to him, he was with his friends and two girls around him, I brushed the girls off and whispered to his ear “You are an idiot for losing my friend.”

Since then he has had eyes for me.

He texted me, but I didn’t reply.

A year has passed, my friend married will have a child soon, this guy has been asking me out for two months.

I wonder if I should meet him.

Look on the positive side. Because he ghosted her, she went and found another guy to settle down with, marry and have a child. Why blame the guy for ghosting her... congratulate him.

If you are at all interested in him, go meet him. hat's to lose? And maybe he'll ghost you so that you, like your friend, will find the right guy for you.

The guy probably dodged a bullet. Or at the least they simply weren’t compatible and he just—gasp—didn’t think a relationship with your friend was right for him.

Call him an “idiot.”
