I’m a black woman struggling to meet men in a rural mostly white community. How can I meet men?

I’m a 23 year old black woman in a very rural mostly farming community. I was left a lot of inheritance money from my parents who passed about 3 years ago and I invested in a large farm home in rural area and paid off my student loans. It’s beautiful and I love the country side. I work from home through the computer and generally live very peacefully. I enjoyed the city but left after I graduated college.

The only hiccup I have is I don’t know how to meet men. There’s a pretty decently sized city about an hour away from where I live but I just don’t know how to meet men who want a life like mine. I’m not sure how to get to know guys in my community as a black women. I feel like most men out here are married or just prefer white women so it’s makes me wearing to approach or flirt with people because I’m all alone and you never know who’s less tolerant which could be towards women or my color.

You just have to be yourself and talk to the guys in the area if you want a guy who wants the rural life you have to figure out where the single rul al men hang the city maybe hard they may not like the idea. Rural does not mean they would not be interested. I'm a rural white man and I have met black woman I found attractive. I will be honest I normally go for white girls it's what I find most attractive but I have found girls from every rare attractive that I would gladly go out with. Again you need to figure out where they go there are always places where they hang out. Maybe make some friends first with other girls they will be able to bring you to the right places and tell you who is single. I have a similar but different problem. I'm also looking for a girl who wants the rural life since I built a house and starting a hobby farm, my issue is more I'm also extremely nerdy so most girls who like a nerdy man don't like rural living.

I'd recommend widening your social circle. And in small towns/rural areas in particular, there will always be some women who know everybody, so get to know them. There must be some local social events or gatherings.

Most people are afraid to date other races because of insecurities. Everyone assumes a white guy wants a white girl, a black guy wants a black girl, a Asian guy wants a Asian woman but the color of your skin shouldn't prevent you from finding love.

My advise to you is...

Don't be afraid to talk to white guys if you like them. Just let them know you are interested in them no mather if has the same skin color or not! At the end we are all human beings searching for love so fuck it what color your skin has that should be irrelevant 💪🏼🤷🏼‍♂️

Friends of friends usually works.

Here is the introverted shortcut: use a community app like Meetup, Facebook, etc. Join an event, propose after party food / thing and collect numbers. Once you trust them, talk about your dating issues n ask if they know anybody else thats single that they can introduce you to. This is a slow process - you gotta do all the friend things before the dating.

Here is the extroverted shortcut: hit up local events (line dancing, cow tipping, etc.). Look good, smell good and be the best option at the event. Hit it off, go on a few dates, etc. This will get you fast results with questionable quality.

you will never have an opportunity to meet member of the opposite sex as good as being in college. Maybe get involved in local activities. Volunteering or mentoring. It sounds like you really have a lot to offer. Or else you can join s gym or some other organization you might be interested in. I went to college t night after I got married. I was not looking for anyone but there were many girls that seemed interesting.

Are there no local events to go to? I'm from a small farm town (300) people if you count the town and all the surrounding farms. Also from my experience only a small % of people in these kind of areas would have a problem dating another race. You said you have a farm. Do you just mean a rural property? It's not really a farm without animals and or crops. If you grow anything or have animals you can definitely find a local group that do the same and get together.

Find out where all the locals hang out and go there. There aren't many single people in rural farming communities in general, regardless of race. There are plenty of black farmers in the South, though. You might have to drive into the city to find a man.
