What does this even mean?

I started dating this guy but me and his cousin dated years and years ago in MIDDLE SCHOOL. So literally it was not serious at all. When his cousin found out his cousin was mad. They got in an argument and then his cousin texted him saying “all I’m saying is good” so he responded with “what” and his cousin responded with “love you tho” “with your girl” “cause I’ve been there done that”. What the hell does his cousin mean by that?

It’s a dick move by the cousin to imply that he had “sex with you” and that chapter is closed. Even if you didn’t have sex, the saying “I’ve been there, done that”… usually refers to it.

Even if you try hard to state that you didn’t have sex, it still means that “he had a good time with you” and now it’s the guys turn.

I don’t know how this new guy reacted to it and how close he is to his cousin but given that you are under 18 and I can only guess he ain’t fully matured yet, even if he says he is cool with it, unconsciously it will be on his mind when you make out or even have sex. So be aware of the situation and try to read his expression and body language. Even though for you it was ages ago, for him it can mean he “he is being with someone who was previously taken by someone close and he’s second in line”. And don’t allow yourself to go down a path where he verbally says he is cool with it and once gets lucky with you, moves on.

Seems obvious, he's feeling the pinch of jealosy and coping with it by being a prick to his cousin.

He's also calling out dominance over his relative ("I've been there done that"). Also he's vaugely suggesting that it won't last.

Just ignore it. My advice.
