Is that the case for the majority of men with preference for Asian women? I'm not talking about men who have dated women of different ethnicities.
Well, cuteness is in the eye of the beholder. I saw a documentary about an Asian fetishist in San Francisco, he dated/married/fucked THOUSANDS of Chinese women, many only to get them green cards. He genuinely didn't care about any characteristics, other than she was Chinese. That was literally his only criteria. His case was thoroughly documented, but I can't speak for other Yellow Fever men.
I think it's possible overtime when you develop a race fetish to stop caring about their appearance. But there really isn't enough data or studies to give a definitive answer. But maybe cuteness isn't really a factor, since they all look the same.
My cousin had a Korean girl fetish and he really didn't seem to care. He tried to get with Korean girls from Korea, massage with happy ending girls, waitresses in Korean restaurants.
And there's a giant soldier on this website that has Yellow Fever, specifically a Korean girl fetish and he also frequents restaurants to try to get a Korean girl. And like I said, they all look the same anyways, so the more I think about it, you may be right. Though I wouldn't say "ALL Asian" women. What I'm noticing is they tend to fetishize one particular nationality/ethnicity.
I don't have an Asian Fetish myself but I have definitely seen some very cute ones I would gladly date. I think every race has attractive and unattractive girls. I really like Latina girls myself and I'm white but I would not say every Latina girl is hot just a lot of them. It should be the same for someone that loves Asian girls they probably find a lot of them attractive but not all.

No. I would have a preference towards Vietnamese and Filipino women because those were by far the nicest and easiest to get along with women I've dated. I just don't connect as well with Korean, Chinese, Thai, Japanese or Indonesian women for some reason.
"Asian" isn't actually a preference to me. I only happen to live here.
And I certainly like as few of them as I would if they were from somewhere else.
