Girls, How to reject adults?

I was asked out by 2 men today, one 29 and the other looked about 30, but I'm only 19

I get really nervous when this happens, adult men are very intimidating to me, so how can I reject them without looking so nervous?

Don’t get close enough for them to talk. Too many guys take action on anything within eye sight. When we are minding our own business.


I would find some things to learn on not allowing others to intimidate you. Self help podcasts, reading material and amping up on your positive self esteem
