And which one is stronger?
Kind of, but the margin tends to be thin. "Having feelings" could refer to ANY kind of feelings -- a little tingle of visual appreciation, a little excitement from looking at one another, etc. "Liking" has to do with getting to know the person and liking more than just what you see, but what you actually experience.
Think about a dress you see in the window. It LOOKS as if it will be stunning on you, but then you put it on and it's itchy and uncomfortable, so you don't buy it.LIKING the dress is different from FEELING AS IF you would like the dress because it's pretty.

I am attracted to guys I respect and I like guys who make me happy. I'm loyal to people who treat me with sweetness and protection and care. So I would need a combination of respect and happiness and affection towards and from the person to love them in a romantic way. To love somebody in a brotherly way, they just have to be humble, peaceful and have respect for me.
I still use the original meaning of the word 'like,' meaning people I get on well with I like. I guess that might be where the confusion comes from.. Some people referring to the old meaning and some using the word 'like' as having feelings..
I would say yes. If I like I want to be around the person and I enjoy their presence because they inspire me. A person I like is a friend for example.
Having feelings for a person is stronger than that.

Liking someone means we do like for his good qualities which is likable. Anyone can like anyone who is good.
But having feelings means you may like something also you may dislike something about that person still have feelings for them. You feel connected with that person. Your emotions get connected with them. This one is more deeper earlier one is just on surface level.Yes, you can like someone and not having feelings for them. Liking someone is more when you see someone and you like their style, their looks, how they present themselves, their behavior/attitude etc. But you'll only have feelings for someone when you get to know them.
The answer here is in the context of how it’s generally used but largely I’d say having feelings has a connotation of more than like , and deeper attraction
In my personal opinion I think liking someone is basically just a surface level crush but having feelings I would say is stronger bcs you’ve developed stronger feelings of wanting to be with the person, more than just an infatuation

yes big difference cuz to like someone is to have a surface level of attraction but to have feelings for someone denotes deeper emotional connection
liking someone is generally just infatuation and a sugar rush feeling. Having feelings is a deeper bond.
The question is meaningless. These things are fluid social concepts and aren't quantified. Just use the terms however you wish.
You can have feelings that are positive or negative towards someone. I like to joke that I have strong feelings of apathy towards people.
You can like 100 people because they're nice and have a good heart. But you can't have feelings for all of them.
Yeah liking someone just means you want to exploit them. Having feelings actually means you're attracted to them in some way.
Ehh. Not really.
