Im surprised to hear this but also kind of not surprised. Splitting hairs here but the “type” of white girl may matter. Those sitting on the left side of the political spectrum seem to have a comfort with bringing race into everything and (I think) some of their virtue signaling comes from bashing their own race and males in particular. I don’t have any statistics to back this up, just something I’ve seen a few times and heard in various circles.
Conversely, I know plenty of white guys (at least 2/3rds) in my work and social circles who are with white women. They seem to meet/have met at a variety of events but the IE, San Diego, and the OC seem to have more going for it than LA proper. This is just my informal opinion. I can’t back it up much if pressed hard. Good luck though.
Take a class.
I am currently taking French Language classes and it has all kinds of great looking women.
Take a dance class, you would be one of the only guys in the class as the ratio of women to men is typically high and they tend to want a guy dancing partner.
Where are you trying to meet them right now? Dating sites? Because I've heard those don't work all that well.

As a white dude 45 in NorCal. My answer to your question since I e tried almost everything from online to groups with same hobbies is absolutely nothing! Nothing fkn works for even finding a date anymore it’s hopeless.
If you are a normal person, leave California and move to a conservative state if you want to find someone better for an exclusive LTR.
I got divorced and had no trouble dating white women.
I’m from the East coast. (Massachusetts) and been struggling too. For whatever reason, they don’t like me here either
