If castration was done based on medical necessity and because of health issues needing physical castration, then yes by all means.

If castration was performed chemically because the person is a predator and has been sentenced to castration because of what he has done, then definitely not.

I am personally not interested in fornicating and a medical castration based on medical necessity would probably be the ideal partner because he would have lost most of his libido and would (hopefully) not be thinking with his genitals anymore since they have been removed.
