My fiancé doesn’t seem excited to marry me?

My fiancé and I have had a short engagement. We’ve been together for six months and engaged for four of it and getting married in two months.

He’s been previously married and divorced for three years. I happen to see old Facebook posts and he would post things like he was so excited to marry her and counting down the days.

I know he loves me and is committed to me, but I have not seen that same level of excitement however with me and he is not interested in being involved in a lot of the wedding planning. I’ve also noticed his effort towards me has gone down a bit. He does bring me flowers occasionally and wants to take me out for dinner. But when he comes over, he just flops on the couch and I will offer to get him something to drink or make dinner.

I just don’t know if I’m overthinking this. Shouldn’t someone’s who’s getting married be counting down the days and like wanting to help with invitations and things like that?

I don’t know how to bring up that I am feeling neglected.

Sounds like something you need to bring up to him.

Just don't nag him, tell him calmly how do you feel. I'm sure he'll be able to reassure you in a way we can't.

Also if he's really not excited, you will be able to tell from his reaction too

Think of it this way.. He was so excited to marry her, but ended up getting divorced.. Maybe he is not going overboard this time, but instead being pragmatic!
