If such a thing even exists, I’d say there’s some good evidence to it being at least plausible. You can certainly see a vast amount of emotions from just the eyes, especially with study. You can try to change your body language and tone of voice to appear to feel different than you do, but for the eyes the only way to completely hide the emotions they portray is to completely close them.
