I believe a serial killer can look you in the eyes and say that he/she absolutely did NOT kill those people. In their crazy mind, they really did believe this. And that is why they are staring at you straight in the eyes and saying that to the lawyer or prosecutor, etc.

You can never really know what is going on in people's minds, that is the scary part. People are usually clouded by their emotions and mental state. That is probably way I was tricked so well by my thinking that he loved me more than I thought he did.

I used to believe that eyes 👀 are the windows to a person's soul but not anymore. I think there are more liars now more than ever and they are very good at it. Their eyes don't give a clue that they are lying to you.

I can only go by what science tells me. There’s no soul, nor “window”. But psychology tells us faces and eyes are one of the first things that humanizes us to others.
