My ex knew that I was into boho aesthetic. She took 4 hours making me a macrame dream catcher. It wasn't the most beautiful nor would I use it in my ideal house (especially more so now that we're not together), but it was an extremely thoughtful gift that she put a lot of effort into. I cherished it very much when we were together.

Never had one. I suppose the best gifts I've gotten from friends or family has been gift cards or cash or sentimental items like books or even I can't remember now - I blame Covid era for forgetfulness of time
