That's a tough one. I generally enjoy giving gifts more than receiving them. I think my favorite things aren't gifts in the formal sense but perhaps they can be considered gifts in a broad sense.
Something I love that my wife does all the time is that she always meets me at the airport when I return from business trips even though it's a 2-hour trip and even though I tell her she doesn't have to do it. She always insists on doing it, even canceling plans with friends and family, to always meet me at the airport.
I've done close to 100 of such business trips over the course of our relationship and she hasn't missed a single time.
