I think it's a rear view. At first I thought front view, but changed my mind after looking more closely. If I try to picture the entire posture as a front view or a rear view, it just looks more natural as a rear view. The arm to the viewer's right especially looks awkward as a front view. It looks twisted around and uncomfortable.

People generally put their recessive hand on their hips when it is only one hand so 90% chance this is front facing.
