How many things, can you focus on, at once?

I find it hard to focus on many things at the same time!

some are, I can really only focus at one 'thing' at a time, even though I can do more than one thing.. doesn't mean am getting all of it done right.. I can be in a large room and hear everyone's conversations at once.. but.. to me.. that is a different story... because that's my hearing, so when everyone's talking gets to be too much, becomes overwhelming and then I can't focus on the thing am trying to do..

My brain ping pongs... I think when I'm not focusing on something, my brain can go all over the place. But when I'm focusing, probably one or two things. My brain is not good at multitasking 😂

It depends on what the tasks are. If I'm interested I pretty much have unlimited focus and only time is a factor. If I'm not interested I can't even focus on one thing.
