I went on a date with a guy, had a really nice time, he was really chatty, nice, banter flowed the lot. I definitely want to see him again and go on more dates however, I have already planned a date with a different guy. I have a habit of falling too hard too soon, so I am trying to take a different approach and go slow. Should I tell guy 1 I am still going on other dates?

Entirely your choice. I would have a single date with multiple people, but if I wanted a second date with one of them, (they would have to have something special for a second date), the rest would be ‘discarded’.

Why even tell him, you guys aren't expressively exclusive. There's no reason too other than get in his head and cause emotional turbulence. Vibe with life, do you, give information when it's needed, don't throw it around.
