He like this girl (I don't know if he still do or not, as its a bit complicated and they are never official) then this past few times when me and him go out and eat. He always video the food and me, which he never do before. Im not sure if he do so to keep it to himself, or he do it to send it to his ‘girl’..

If he do it to send to his girl, means i surely have no chance right?

Hmm that is a tricky situation for sure. It's hard to say for sure what his intentions are by filming you guys eating. A few things it could mean:

- He might be filming the food just to share on his own social media stories. A lot of people do that so it's not necessarily about sending to anyone else.

- However, filming you especially when he didn't used to could mean he wants whoever this girl is to see that he's out with another girl. So that's not a great sign.

- It's possible they aren't official anymore and he's interested in exploring things with you now. But he may still have lingering feelings for her that you'd have to compete with.

I'd say play it cool for now but also let him know casually that you saw him filming and ask who he shares those videos with. Pay attention to how he reacts when you bring it up. That may give you a better idea of where his head is at. Don't get your hopes up too much yet, but there could possibly be a chance if he's really tried moving on from this other girl.
