Is flirting cheating? If not, how do you define cheating?

This is really difficult for me to answer since I'm very flirtatious myself.
But I'm more inclined to the view that it is cheating. The perspective I have is that considering myself in a relationship, the girl I'm with is being loyal and committed and ignoring every guy whereas I'm flirting with other women whom I find attractive.
So, if she knows about it she'll be hurt ofc. Yeah she might forgive and find it okay later but she'd be hurt. So in that sense I find it cheating.

I think cheating is more about intent... if you are flirting with the intent to go further you are cheating. If its light hearted flirting with no real motive then you are fine.
