Is my boyfriend being flirty with my friend?

It all started a month ago. We were talking about our friends and he jokingly said one of his guy friends has a huge ass and I said my friend does too we should totally set them up cause I thought it was funny. We hung out with her a few days later and he told me “woah you were right her ass is huge” which didn’t bug me because he’s stating the obvious. She is also going through a bad breakup so we’ve been trying to make her feel better. So we were hanging out recently and she shows a picture of a girl that everyone tells her she looks like. We were all really drunk but he said “you’re way hotter than her”. It made me really uncomfortable because she didn’t ask. I didn’t say anything since I wasn’t sure if he said that to make her feel better since she is going through a tough time. Then I got the spins so we went on the couch and I was between them. My legs were curled up and his were spread out just enough to be touching her feet. It made me feel super uncomfortable. I don’t know if this is something I should bring up with him. I don’t want to seem insecure. We are still pretty new.

Please don’t be afraid to tell me if I’m making a big deal out of nothing.

It could go either way. From me as a man I may have said that to make her feel better. Like you said she’s going through a tough time. So why not boost her up some. I’d have to see a pic of her to see if she’s actually pretty or not. Not pretty from a girl’s point of view, I mean from a man’s POV. Women tend to tell all their female friends oh you’re pretty when they really aren’t. Most men sit w their legs apart for a reason. So if you two are all sitting on a 2-3 person couch yes that may happen w his leg touching hers. I’m not denying that he isn’t flirting w her either.

That's definitely really weird and I see why it would make you uncomfortable. Mabye just mention it to him and say "it makes me kind of uncomfortable when you talk about other girls like that" it's better to communicate now then to regret it in the future. Hope this helps!

If it had only bn the one thing it could've be him just trying to make her feel better but he shouldn't have disrespected u like that but the feet touching thing is two times that same evening so more than likely he's trying to get with ur friend
