What would you think of a guy who has a needle mark in his mark/veins?

Would you feel sympathy for the guy?

If you see this guy has a needle mark on his vein, and you see him doing positive things in his life i. e. running marathons, working, being responsible... How would u feel about him?

Would u keep ur distance from him?

I would not even notice it as such, never had much contact with drug addicts that I could tell how such a mark looks like

I can understand feeling that way if they're dirty, lazy, homeless. But, if they're living a responsible life?

I guess my answer stems from having been around junkies when i was younger, learned not to trust any of them

I would keep my distance just from learning stuff and health class that's kind of scary you can die from things.
