Should I ask her for lunch again?

Last week I asked a girl to go to lunch with me.. and she asked me what time I am going and we agreed on a certain hour. Problem was that we agreed on that time, in my mind I meant we meet today, but In her mind she thought I will suggest a specific time maybe on another day, but I thought she flaked until I realized maybe I didn't make myself perfectly clear. Almost a week passed and my question is, should I try to ask her again and this time be more clear? it is important to mention that since that day she smiling at me, and raises her eyebrows when seeing me, and even making many trips which she doesn't usually make in the hallway
