For the same reason a woman treats a guy like an orbiter the minute she know she's got him and he doesn't want any other woman. It's what the genders do to eachother. Because it's about having people to worship you. Not really about caring for another human being.

She's a sadist who likes a guy to suffer for her and go crazy for her while she treats him like a dog as showing him attention once a while and ignoring him all other time till the time he gets fed up with her she shows attention again to make him stick around any time she wants
