Been talking to this girl for a couple months. She invited me to smoke with her and said she would love to see me high. I needed an excuse to get out of the house so my parents wouldn't suspect anything to which she responded "just tell them you're on a date with a girl".

And you need an excuse to your parents to meet a girl that wants to do drugs with you. Why simply not tell your parents you found a woman that wants to find a partner that is doing drugs. Or are you parents not aware that you are on hard stuff?

If a girl suggests you that kind of excuse for you to be with a junkie that does not mean that she likes you. It simply means that she wants you to lie to your parents (one more time) so that she can find someone to be a junkie like she is. There is no secret to that.

Either she’s truly such a fiend that seeing people high is somehow pleasurable or she likes you and wants an excuse to hang out. Either way you should lay off the weed and try not to get taken advantage of sexually while you’re inebriated… unless you want that.
