Why does my ex use a fake profile to stalk me?

I’m 100% sure that this profile that watches my stories is my ex.

Long story short, she broke up with me over some petty stuff. I’m pretty sure her friends advised her to cut me off. She started by blocking my socials on and off every week despite no contact. She use to watch my stories on Instagram with a fake account and every week, then she stop for some weeks, now she’s back after 3 weeks of no looking.
