Am I a bad Christian?

God revealed my husband to me…
And now he’s in another state for awhile. I’m missing him like crazy! Does it make me a bad Christian if I miss him? Should I be focused on GOD to make this feeling go away? He’s gone for a year unable to use a phone for a few months I feel strong some days and others I feel so broken any advice?

No way, I don't think it makes you a bad Christian at all to miss your husband. God brought you two together, so of course you're gonna feel this way with him being gone for so long.

I'm sure God understands your feelings - he made people to want companionship and love, you know? As long as you don't lose faith or stop praying, I don't see anything wrong with missing your man. Feelings are human.

Maybe focus extra on God and your faith during this time to get through it, but don't feel guilty for the days you're feeling down too. Let God comfort you in those moments. And try remembering that your husband misses you just as much!

Keep praying for his safety and for the time to pass quickly. Stay close with family and friends too for extra support. This is only temporary - just have faith that God will bring you back together soon. You got this!

I'm not too familiar with your religion, but is there a teaching that says that this feeling is bad? Doesn't seem like there would be.

I'm not religious so my opinion might be useless to you, but if he is your husband and he loves you, rejoice that he'll be thinking about you and miss you as well. Missing someone is a normal feeling to have. Just be happy that he'll come back to you eventually.

Top answer 🤎 and I do guess it’s just been a hard day today, I journal to him almost everyday lol when I see him I wanna give him the journal full of how I was feeeling on these days and the words of wisdom I got that Helped me

No it does not. It's natural to miss your husband. If you didn't miss him, then I would recommend some time with GOD since your marriage would possibly be in trouble LOL.
