In short, we’re family friends but never interacted before now. He’s 21 student in final semester but works in a bank too. Looks older. Im 26 a doctor. Asians. He said in out case he isn't bothered about age gap because i look young and he found me funny and cute. We started talking 24/7 on text and calls and then when he realised I like him he started ignoring me. He said Im not into marriage right now. I dont date modest girls. You’re very modest and wife material. I really respect you. I can't hurt you so Im intentionally ignoring you so that you don’t get attached.! i dont think he's playing games with me.

he's on vacation to back home. We had plans for when he gets back. I don't know if he will go out with me now. 1 min before the plane took off he texted me and then called. You dont do that to someone random , do you?

Do you think he really likes me? And ges just afraid of committing due to his age? i really like him. I think we should have stayed friends for now.

What do I do to get him to text me and talk to me like he did before? He used to text me, like my posts and stories and reply to my stories. Send memes. Now he doesn’t. When i text he replies but not the way he did. Just to the point conversation.

From the way he goes hot and cold, I don't think he really knows what he wants himself. One minute he's into you, then he's ignoring you saying you're "too good" for him or whatever. That's just an excuse, trust me.

I know it's hard when you really like someone, but you gotta hold your head high here. Don't text him all the time begging for attention - that'll just push him away more. Act like you've got other stuff going on in your life too so he doesn't feel so important.

Don't worry too much about it luv, guys are always complicating things! But it does sound like he's into you.

I wouldn't say he's making up stories necessarily, just maybe overthinking how serious y'all are getting. We all get a bit freaked about commitment sometimes, it's normal. But the fact he called you before his flight is a good sign - he wants to stay in touch.

When he's back, I bet he will reach out about those plans you had. But play it kinda chill when he does, don't seem too eager. Respond like "Oh nice, if you're free Saturday we could grab dinner" or something lowkey. Let him do some of the work arranging it.

If he's still being wishy washy, give him a little space after that too. Let him wonder about you for a bit! Soon as guys think a girl might be slipping away, that's when they start chasing. He'll be begging to hang soon enough if he's smart!
