I get that he didn’t want to be with me like wanted to be with him but I don’t understand why he would intentionally try to make me feel less than. What was it about me that deserved that
How do I get over him and how do I feel good about myself again even when I still feel feelings towards him when I shouldn’t

Ugh, that really sucks. I know how hard it is to get over someone who treated you poorly. But you absolutely don't deserve to be made to feel "less than" - no one does.
A few things that might help:
- Remind yourself that how he acted says way more about HIM than it does about you. His issues and insecurities likely led him to act that way.
- Spend time with friends who lift you up and make you feel good about yourself. Surround yourself with positivity.
- Do things that are just for you - treat yourself to your favorite meal, take a bath, whatever helps you relax. Focus on self-care.
- With time, the feelings will fade. It takes as long as it takes, but I promise one day you'll barely think about him.
- Remember all your great qualities - your sense of humor, kindness, whatever friends love about you. Focus on those, not on some jerk's opinion.
You deserve to be with someone who appreciates you completely. This loser's rejection of you just means he wasn't worthy of your awesomeness. Chin up - better guys are coming!
There is nothing to get over. Men are a dime-a-dozen, meet another one. Simple.
Remember he won’t be the last guy that you’ll come across
