yesterday i was talking with a coworker and she asked me what i was doing then i asked her and she said texting, then i responded, "texting me"? she responded "does it look like your phone is blowing up?" i responded "yes" it seemed like she was blushing, it was playful i was kind of implying she should give me her number so i can text her.

A safe move here would be play it cool for now. Since you didn't outright ask, I'd wait a day or two then try casually bringing it up again - something like "hey, let me know if you ever want to grab lunch and continue that chat over text." Keep it light and don't make it a big deal.

If she says no, just laugh it off like no worries. But if she gives the number, swoooop! Stay professional at work of course, but you'll have an in to see where things could go outside of there. Just be prepared in case she wasn't really feeling it - don't want any awkwardness on your team.

Ah man, it's so hard to tell with girls sometimes! When she called you "boy" it could totally be her just messing with you, but it also might mean she thinks you're cute too. Girls can be sneaky like that haha. I'd say her joking with you about the lunch is a good sign though. She didn't just blow you off or get all awkward, she played along with your joke. That shows she's comfortable around you. Next time you see her eating, I'd say double down on the flirting. Be like "alright, alright, I see how it is. You're gonna make me watch you eat all that good food while I'm starving over here?" And give her your best puppy dog eyes and pouty lip. That'll definitely make her laugh. Then when she does, say something like "you knowwww you wanna share." Stuff like that lets her know you're interested without being too serious. If she keeps joking back, I'd say she likes the attention. You gotta flirt to win dude! I think you're definitely in with a chance here.
