It happens so often that I suggest girls to meet (either with interesting ones, or with female colleagues without any interest), and they initially are happy, then at the last minute they cannot anymore. They simply take time instead of saying 'no'.
They also look sad when say that they can't anf propose alternative dates etc.
One colleague always reminded me that we should meet and when it was time she could not anymore.
Shall I take them seriously when they intend to meet another time or shall I understand that is a simple 'no'?

You know how when you take out a contract, you get given a grace period with which to cancel it? That is because on the spur of the moment people make decisions they later regret after thinking about it..
You and I, we are both decisive, a lot of people however are not! Same can be said for dating!
The way to make it decisive is to say to them. I'd like to ask you out.. Don't give me your answer straight away.. have a think about it, and if you fancy, text me and I will come and meet you.. something like that! Then there is no pressure.
