Generally not "unable to tolerate" and more like "unwilling to tolerate".

Most people can tolerate a lot more than they choose to allow.

Most people will refuse to tolerate someone who cannot mitigate or manage their neurodivergence. That doesn't mean get rid of it.

It means not letting your autism be an excuse for being a dickwad.

Na. I worked with a guy who was autistic and had a wife and child. He actually worked for me and was a good guy and good worker.

Well, he got married and had a child… she is pretty and accepted him for who he is. So to answer your question explicitly, yes.

But rare, It seems, the autistic people that I've encountered in the high spectrum that I'm in, can't attract anyone because no one wants to take a chance on them.

Dunno, some women tend to be less accepting of mental issues from men..

But I'm pretty sure most women aren't like that.

I think the women, who don't have a mature mindset or thought process are the less accepting of someone with mental health issues regardless of if it being man or women.

Yeah unfortunately, even from some family. Her (very unfortunately) mom treated her like that. She never saw it cause she loved her mom, but I saw it. Like her mom at one point told me that even though her daughter was 21 she had the mind of a 10 year old, which was bullshit. But I never told my wife cause I don't want to sully her mom's memory
