Ay man I feel you, it can be really tough getting over a girl who doesn't feel the same way. But obsessing over it isn't gonna change anything or make you feel better.

Here's some advice:

- Cut off all contact. Unfollow/block her on social media so you're not constantly seeing her stuff. Out of sight, out of mind helps.

- Hang with the boys. Get busy playing sports, video games, going to the gym - anything to take your mind off her.

- Date other girls. The best way to forget one girl is to meet someone new who will like you back. Don't just rebound, but putting yourself out there takes the focus off the last one.

- Work on yourself. Pursue your hobbies and goals. Improving yourself will boost your confidence so the rejection isn't as big a blow.

- It takes time. No matter what you do, getting over a crush isn't overnight. Be patient with the process.

- Don't trash her. Even if you're hurt, talking crap about her won't help you move on.
