no because personality is subjective and everyone grows up with different experiences
some people believe simping is the way to get a girlfriend
others believe being unapologetically masculine is the way to get a girlfriend
dad could fall under one of these categories, doesn't make him right or wrong
not to mention each girl is different in what they respond to
