I keep missing every opportunity to lose my virginity and I’m beginning to feel like I’m cursed?

It’s getting stupid at this point, I genuinely feel like the universe is conspiring against me to prevent me from getting laid. Here’s just one example of many:

I match with a girl on Tinder looking for short term fun. We agree to meet up, I ask when and she never responds. I wait two days and nothing. I decide to visit my parents who live 40 miles away. The *instant* I get there she messages me saying she’s free and down. And of course, I can’t because I’m 40 miles away. I ask her if she’s free the next day, she says yes. We agree to meet up.

Cue the next day, turns out my boss has changed my work schedule without asking me and I’m forced to go into work when I should be meeting with her. I ask her to meet the NEXT day… and if turns out she’s going on holiday for TWO WEEKS.

So I wait two whole weeks, chatting with her daily via snap, and the moment she comes back… I get COVID. So obviously she doesn’t wanna meet, and by the time I’ve got better she’s moved on and ghosted me!

Losing your virginity just like that is not good though. It's 10 times better to wait on someone who is in it for the long term and not just to lose your virginity. The time will come for that, I mean you can get an STD or other things. It's okay to be patient and just wait on a good woman to have sex with

A few things - first, try not to get too hung up on losing your virginity. I know it's easy to feel like a late bloomer, but in the grand scheme it doesn't really matter when it happens. Focus on meeting cool chicks you actually connect with.

Second, dating apps can be brutal. Don't take it personally if plans flake - people flake, it happens. Might help putting less pressure on any one match.

I agree it’s better to wait for the right person than try to just force it any chance you can get. I personally wouldn’t really want a girl who could easily move on like that.

However if you’re truly that desperate you could’ve just gone when you had covid and not told her LOL.
