Not for lack of trying. I’ve asked out like 20 women this year (all 25-30, I’m not creeping on college students). I’ve been rejected every time for one thing and one thing only.

I’ve lost two close friends this year by asking them out and I once got reported at work. People around me have suggested I stopped and even said things like “I don’t know how you powered through your first gazillion rejections and went for more.” Guy who said that is a super macho type of man too.

Now I’m wondering how I’ll ever have kids or get married if this continues. Am I doomed?

That being said, I do notice a bit of a red flag that you lost 2 friends when asking them out. That, to me, is just screaming "nice guy" vibes. Someone who acts nice to women just so that they can sleep with them. It sounds like they felt the same if they stopped being friends with you after that. Genuine nice guys are just nice people without the need for repayment or recognition for it.

Maybe you aren't a "nice guy" and just have really bad luck, but there is obviously something these women are noticing in your personality that's turning them off.
