I’ll be honest, I’m insecure. I would be upset if my partner is staring at someone that’s attractive. If he doesn’t find me attractive and wants to be with other women, he could’ve just said so and not string me along.

Place and time is important with this one. While you have eyes and can naturally look, I think maybe not looking in front of the person you claim you love is definitely important

That sums it up. It's perfectly fine to look and admire as long as you aren't tempted.

I think my wife is beautiful. But I didn't just marry her for her looks.

I can look at beautiful things - landscapes, sunsets, flowers, art, cute children, puppies and, yes, attractive women. The female form is beautiful. It is worthy of appreciation. But women I don't know are just visual enjoyment. They are like sunshine on a cloudy day; flowers in spring; color on a gray canvass. They bring joy and delight to the world.

My wife understands this. Sometimes she even points out notable examples to me - a woman with a nice ass wrapped in a tight-fitting outfit; a woman with impressive cleavage.

We used to go to Venice Beach sometimes to shop. Sometimes beautiful women would roller skate or blade on the boardwalk in tiny bikinis and my wife and I would watch her approach, then turn to watch her sashay past.

One time we were on a ferry in San Francisco Bay and a sail boat passed very near. Two beautiful women on that boat lifted their tops to flash our boat. My wife grabbed my elbow and pointed so that I wouldn't miss it.

A couple years ago, we went to a frozen yogurt shop by a lake. There were four people in front of us who looked like they were in their late teens. The girl right in front of us was wearing a beach cover that only went down to the top of her butt crack. She must have been wearing a thong, because her legs and ass were completely bare.
My wife and I looked each other mischievously.
The girl's ass was particularly remarkable.
I gestured like I was reaching out and squeezing a handful of that plump soft ass.
No one else saw me. My wife and laughed silently to ourselves.

She knows I love her boobs and ass. She also knows that I want nobody but her. So there is no harm in finding enjoyment in looking.

She notices handsome men, too, and thinks certain actors are fine examples of masculinity.

I think it is. I think it is natural for both men and women to notice and appreciate other people. However, along with the "don't touch" is don't be obvious about it bc that is insulting you your mate. On occasion, I have caught my husband even though he is subtle. Staring is not cheating. But staring long enough can intensify feelings of lust which may provoke cheating. Staring is not all harmless
