Do guys tend to like older girls? Do I have a chance?

The guy I like is 21, I am currently 29, is this too big of a age gap. we met each other in university. Do I have a chance?

Yeah if she's hot. But only for say a casual or like first serious relationship. Like at 21 he's not going to be ready for marraige and kids and by the time he is he will be 30 or maybe even for and you at 29 will probably be past it by the time he is ready.

For me all that matters is I'm physically attracted to them and have compatibility with them. I could date a 50 year old woman if she had those. Not all guys are like me though. I'd say most prefer younger women. To me though, age is almost a non factor

My dad married a girl 1 year and 24 days exactly. They've been married 39 years (on aug. 17). You don't HAVE to marry a younger guy as a girl, but, you also don't HAVE to marry older. You fall in love with who you fall in love with. Just hope it works out, right?

It really depends on the guy, I wasn't interested in 29 year olds when I was 21, but I know guys who are. Most guys will prefer younger women though. You'll never know until you actually talk to him.

Probably to big of a gap but you can always try. If you want children before you are 35 I can see that becoming problematic since he'd need to have children in his mid 20's.
