My uni crush graduated?

Hey guys,
last month (June) I had a seminar from my Uni where I met this guy.

Long story short, I kinda developed a crush on him. We talked a lot in the seminar and he was jokingly teasing me a few times (I have posted some questions regarding to this before, so you can check my profile for more details).

On the last day of the seminar I was hoping that my crush would ask me for my Instagram or something but he didn’t. He just fist bumped me and said "Take care, we‘ll see each other around".

Unfortunately I haven’t seen him on campus ever since. One time I saw his car parked around the gym. But when I got to the gym, he wasn’t even there (he probably had another P. E. class like football or something). But I couldn’t just look for him in every P. E. class.

With a little stalking, I found his Instagram profile. His account is private so I tried to follow him with a few fake accounts but he never accepted any of my requests. I was too shy to send him a request with my real account because we have like 0 mutual followers and I was afraid he‘d ask me how I found his account.

I saw his friends around campus quite a lot, but I never saw him unfortunately. Today when I went on his Instagram profile, I saw that he removed the city‘s name of our university from his bio (He had two cities in his bio, one was our university‘s city and the other one is his home city).

I don’t know why but I‘m actually so sad. He most probably is a senior and just graduated this summer. This week is the last week before our summer break. I was hoping so much that I‘d meet him on campus again. Or that I‘ll bump into him after summer break at least. I don’t know how I can get over him. I really like him, he‘s really funny and nice. But I don’t even understand why I have a crush on him because I only saw him like 2 times (which was in the seminar)

I don’t know what to do. I don’t even know what’s my actual question lol…. What‘s the point of university if you don’t even have a crush anymore?😂

You got two options. Man up and follow him on your account. Or just get over him

It's not. But what I'm saying is, you dont have much of a choice. Unless you plan to wait for him to just so happen to bump in you, and ask for your ig. Which he didn't when you did see him

I get people can be afraid to ask out their crushes but I think you're being toooo afraid. You're wanting something to happen that's would only happen in a perfect world. You gotta try something

I‘m actually thinking about following him on IG…. But even if i followed him, I‘d never ever message him first. My only worry about me sending him a follow request is hin asking „How did you find my account“ or something like that..
