What should I do if I’m depressed?

So the guy I have feelings for live in another country. I met him when I was in vacation. I want to see him again but I don’t have money for vacation. It’s been 6 months since I lost my job and I can barely afford food. I feel so depressed because of that what should i do

Workout.. and thats a general term. You can jog or lift iron. Just make sure you are completely tired when you are done… im telling you, you will feel great.


When i was in college i dealt with a lot of stress by just jogging. Any workout that you do to exhaustion will be good though. I promise you you won't be depressed anymore afterwards especially if you keep it up and change your body to look great.
