Girls, if a guy who had a crush on you more than a decade ago, suddenly showed up in your life to say hi and give you a chocolate, how would you feel?

Let's say you knew for sure that he had a crush on you, because he told you that in high school multiple times and you rejected him. Also, his return is not in a creepy, stalking way, but let's say you became a doctor, an accountant, a lawyer, or any job where you work with people, and he would anonymously set up a fake meeting/consultation with you, at your job. And when he shows up he just says that he was in town and wanted to say hi and give you a piece of chocolate, because like he promised, he would never forget you.

Would you find this cute, would you see him as an old friend, or would you find the situation creepy and awkward?

I'd find it awkward at the very least. It's been over a decade, it's time to let her go and let her get on with her life. If she rejected you at the time, she had her reasons and most likely she will reject you again. Now you may find that one girl who will be nice and just be cordial to you while there, but most would still tell their friends about the guy from her past who showed up, faked an appointment and brought her chocolates and how weird that is.
