I myself am on Neither and I'm 20.. and I was against it even since age 15, I used to argue with my friends and tell them how fucked up it is when every guy who has a few girls on his chat feeling like he's frickin Casanova when in reality he doesn't have the balls to approach a girl at a bar old school without a frickin screen in between them.. and all that "follow" thing that a decade ago was considered a felony.. nowadays it's all full of 14/16 year old half naked girls who are desperate for men's approval of their naked body and every creepy lonely old guy can just jerk off on her pics and get in touch with her and even stalk her.. it's all fucked up, Humans are social creatures and we slowly lose our people skills over it.

Definitely a green flag. I see no benefit in those sites. They are a waste of time. They are for people who need validation. It's also smart to not publish your life on social media.
So it would be an indication of brains if a girl wasn't on those sites. It would mean that she has better things to do.
